Residency Review committee meeting may 2010

dear friends,
can you please help me.i am trying for a pgy2 in july 2010.there is a RRC meeting in may 2010. i am trying to find out if any hospitals have applied for starting a new dermatology residency or any already existing programmes have applied to increase their numbers.

Just looking at SDN, it looks like Arizona and Metrohealth have open spots in 2010.

If the RRC meeting is in Mid May - does that mean programs will not interview until after the meeting is held and accreditation is granted? It seems like such a short window from Mid May to July 1.
