Resubmit letter of recommendation?

I received an email from a school stating that my dentist letter of recommendation was missing a signature and office letterhead. I already submitted my application. Is it possible for the dentist to resubmit the letter once the letterhead and signature are added?

You might be able to email the revised LOR directly to the school, I would contact the school first to see if that's an option
