I think your DAT is a bit low compared to your GPA. That being said it’s not a bad score, so I’m not sure you should retake it unless you’re 100% sure you can do significantly better by using different materials or changing up your study habits

Having a higher DAT will definitely help your application

I'd either add 4-6 more schools or retake your DAT. Either option will cost you a couple hundred.

Retake your DAT. You have a solid GPA. If you get a 22-23, your chances of getting a scholarship will go up significantly (especially at Penn).

With your DAT and GPA combined, you should get accepted somewhere tbh, but it won't be your top choice of school. So, it'd be better to retake.

In terms of schools list, I'd add a few more schools. I am not sure what your criteria for selecting schools are. But happy to review once you have some more schools added.
