Retaking online / cc courses

If I take biochemistry online now, but get accepted to a school that doesn't accept online or cc biochem, is it okay to just retake it before matriculation?

As far as I know, most schools require you to finish the courses up until June 30th, 2019 if you are applying for this cycle. Hope it helps.
