hi! im new to this thread and i decided to post because im kind of freaking out. i just graduated college in may and im currently taking orgo 2 lab at a cc due to the fact that i did not take it at my university because i did not think i would be applying to medical school (wanted to do PA). i have pretty low stats (3.458 cgpa 3.2 ish sgpa) and i have yet to take the MCAT. during undergrad i rlly messed up and got a C- in chem 1 and physics 2 lab. have i absolutely ruined my chances? can i retake these courses at cc? i would take it at the college where i graduated from but i live with my parents and they are not willing to pay so i will have to pay myself. im also ORM if that helps. please help!

You will need to retake pre-reqs that are a C- or worse. You will also need to take several upper division science courses to show you are a better student now. That will likely need to be at a local state college. Goro's guide is a good starting place:

thank you for ur response! Do you think it matters if i've already taken some upper level courses at a state school and did good? the prereqs i got a c- on were in my fresh/sophomore year
