How would the admissions committee look at my MCAT scores if I decide to take it the third time (especially Ontario schools)? I heard that some schools don't even look at your 3rd MCAT score, is that true?

I've taken the MCAT twice in aug2006 (8V, 10P, 12B) and aug2007 (2V, 13P, 13B). My verbal score was terribly low the second time (I didn't even know it was possible to score a 2!). I'm currently in my 4th year and I am planning to start my masters.

Thanks for your help!

As far as I know, all school consider only your most recent MCAT score. I believe that the system releases all your scores but only the most recent are looked at. So a bad score on a previous attempt has no bearing on your application.

They take the most recent MCAT.

How could you get a 2 on VR, when you got an 8 the year before.. something went terribly wrong. Re-write the test.. and get it over with.

If your GPA is great, I would not even start a 2 year master's degree.. I would wait. If you start a two year MSC degree you will not be able to apply in the next cycle.
