Hey everyone, this is a bit of an odd question. I'm applying for a retroactive withdrawal and I'm not sure how to write it, should I write it as an appeal type or what? I'd love any feedback. It's due to hospitalization, so hope someone who has used RW can give me some advice. Thanks!
