REU programs

I was wondering if anybody knows anything about the summer research programs at these schools: University of Kansas, Wisconsin, and U. of Minnesota. If you had an option, and the deciding factor wasn't about the money, which school would you choose??

Pick the program that has the type of work you're most interested in, not based on the name of the school. I did an REU program several years back at U. Minnesota (ecological research) and loved it.
