My wife bought the Kaplan book. It goes over everything I remember being on the test. Looks decent.

i used "Comprehensive Pharmacy Review", memorized the Top200 Chart provided free by Prontopass and memorized the brand/ generic of HIV/ chemo drugs, and learnt the genetic tests included in the new HIV guidelines

Also borrowed "the ICU book" by Paul Marino and read the chapters on fluid balance/ acid-base disorders
