Hey guys,

I'm at a point in my studying where I want to start doing more practice tests despite not being 100% on the content because I feel that just reading books will have diminishing returns.

Can anybody give some general guidelines as to how they ended up reviewing their practice tests afterwards? I'm hoping to identify my weak spots by doing them and I don't know how people usually space their time out for review (ie. 2 sections per day, etc.).

Thanks 🙂

My method was to take the practice test, then the next day I would go through the questions I got wrong, all in one go. I made a list of the subjects I was having trouble with and then over the rest of that day and the day or two afterwards, I would Google/Khan and use my books to brush up on those subjects until I felt I had a better grasp on it.

I like 0berons method, but I did a little bit more.
After taking an exam, I would review the WHOLE exam the next day. Every question. I would make a google doc with the exam name and separate it into sections. Any time I came across an important fact/point/reason I missed something (regardless of if I got the question right or wrong) I would put it in a bullet point. I would review this google doc with all my full lengths once a week. I used google and khan academy (and sdn) while reviewing in case I didn't understand an explanation that was given on the answers to the practice exam.

I found that taking a full-length test in one day burned me out so much that I was useless the next day. I also spent 2x time on each section reviewing- so 3 hours thoroughly reviewing each section. My trick was to take 1 test section a day (1.5 hours), review it (3 hours), hit the gym, then do some brush up review on stuff that I jotted down from the review earlier. I would review every question though- even the ones you got correct.
