Revision time to devote for each step?

Hi all,

I have from Aug 2012 until Aug 2013 to give Step 1, 2 CK and CS.
My questions are:
a) Is this enough time?
b) how much revision time would you devote for each exam?
c) Would I be able to also to fit Step 3 prior to 2013 match applications?
