Hi, I am gonna be a junior I am thinking it's worth minoring..

I have 3.7 with MCB major and I have been taking multivariable calculus, linear algebra/differential equations, physical chemistry and physics for engineers.

After I have done all these, I found out I only have 3 upper Bio Engineering classes to take for minor.. The reason that I took all those courses is that I changed my major from Chemical engineering last year..

Do you guys think it's worth taking 3 classes and declare minor in Bio E?
Is it worth enough to risk my gpa in Bio E classes to stand out a little??

thanks.

Stand out how exactly? Yeah, that inability of yours to come up with a reason in that 5 seconds means it's not worth it. Think you're the only one to ever minor in anything or even in BE? Unless you cured cancer nothing you do outside of personal experience is unique in light of the thousands of applicants EVERY YEAR for the past 20 years has not been done before.

Your goal is to get in medicine. A bioE will help you get a job, but helps little in terms of med apps. It comes down to whether or not you can get A's in those classes. If you can, go for it. If not, stay away.
