Hi Everyone!

So I'm currently scheduled for a MCAT date of April 28th, however, because of sudden events that would essentially cut two full weeks of studying out of my schedule, I'm thinking of rescheduling to May 13th, 18th, or 19th so I could recover for the missing studying time (not so much that I think it's that I need the extra time to learn the material, but rather would just like a little bit more flexibility in my schedule that I can't currently afford)

As everyone else here, I'm very worried about submitting my application the second they open (usually around June 1st-7th, correct?). But if I reschedule I'd expect my MCAT score to be ready around June 20th (~30 days?).

I'm very confused about what this "verification" process really means. Will an application not be submitted to the school (therefore not reviewed) until your transcript is verified anyways? Doesnt this likely mean that even if I push my MCAT date and it comes back around June 20th, then it will not matter as very few people are likely to be verified by then?

Essentially, what I'm asking is this: will the difference between taking the MCAT April 28th vs. mid May really affect when my application is validated and visible for the schools to review (and therefore send my secondaries in)

*Please also note in terms of the actual application timeline I'm still trying to figure out everything. I'm sorry for how little I know, I just really haven't looked in to it too much! Any guidance would be much appreciated!

I'm probably gonna end up doing the same thing that OP might be doing.
Should that one school (the one I submit my app before my score) be a reach school or a school that I have no interest in?
Thanks!
