ROL question, plz help

I am sorry if this has been addressed b4, heregoes; I intend to apply to Anesthesio and IM as I am terribly torn between the two,what happens when i make the ROL? Do i have to make separate lists or can i mix and match on one list if i get enough interviews for both programs? I am very confused.
