Send these materials directly to the dental schools At the Same Time you send ADEA AADSAS materials:
$75 application fee along with a 3x5 card with name, AADSAS ID, DENTPIN, and email address


Just try Roseman University College of Dental Medicine. Or write the whole thing out if you can fit it on there. It will do. Just slap it in an envelope with the little index card. Sounds odd, but that's basically how it goes.

But once they found the info themselves, they just deleted their question. Useless. At least share your findings or something.
