It seems that Ross U. spends lots of time and money recruiting new students, but does not spend equal amount of time and money on how to maintaining its student bodies.
that is a bad business idea. Just like many private businesses these days, they are always trying to sign up new members, but most of them fail to realize how important it is to keep those members happy. that is one reason why you see people changing their phone companies, insurance companies all the time, because they were not happy with the current one.
why waste all the time and money on recruiting new students, when ross already have a strong alumni base, and by keeping the current students happy, they will be happy to spread the words voluntarily.
after all, ross has a good reputation in the caribbean.
