Rotations for FMGs

I know this is not an FMG forum, but does anyone know of any Ophthalmology programs that are currently allowing FMGs to do an elective? I've been looking and found none. 🙁 Most programs say something to the effect of we'd really like to help you but placement is limited to US students for now (buzz off loser). Any help would be appreciated.

I did mine at the University of Toronto... I had an excellent few rotations there... U of T is as good as anything you will encounter in the US...
