As an Internation Medical Student I am curious to find out how is it possible to do Clinical rotations, or Observerships in the USA if your school does not provide them? What possibilities are there other than to TRANSFER! My school has a very good reputation and I would like to complete my successive Medical studies here, but do some rotations in the USA for experience.... If anyone knows a way .... please guide me !!! Thanks.....

You should do a search of the school's website to locate information about "electives" or "away rotations". I find it hard to believe that any school would not have them. Some schools may restrict access to US students though. As far as transferring, it's very difficult to transfer from US school to US school. I suspect that you will find it close to impossible to transfer from an international school.
