Heath care carrer is the safest and growning career,even in this tough economy. Some people who graduated years ago and people who graduated from Foreign pharmacy school Still have the RPH title. As most of the health care careers are now in doctorate degree,We do have Pharm D for our pharmacy course.Even though Pharm D and Rph both get paid equally, some RPH go for non traditional Pharm D program, to get more clinical knowlegde and for their own personal reasons.
My question is, is it safe to stay as an RPH ?? IS there any timeframe ,after when all pharmacist should have pharm D degee? Does NABP has this type of requirement in a long run? Guys what do you think??Any input is appreciated.
