hi,
i think i am a bit behind...but i just wanted to ask you guys if it is true that only those who have passed NBDE part 1 and 2 by the end of Dec 2003 can apply to sit RT exam in California.
so for example, if i have only finished Part 1 by Dec 2003, i cannot even attempt to take the RT exam at all? like..absolutely no hope?
does that mean that i will need to anyways do the adv. standing programs??
any advice...?

Unfortunately E8 that is the case right now. You have to complete both part 1 and 2 by December 2003. Look at the website dbc.ca.gov under Frequently asked Questions for detailed information. But the last question in that section will clarify your doubt.
