Personally, I dropped the money on the question bank and I thought it was worth it. It helped me see whether I was retaining information and also pointed out the most important information and gave good explanations of question answers. The biostatistics and calculations quizzes were more than worth it. In general, the RxPrep questions are far more detailed and in depth than the NAPLEX. I felt as though the book and question bank more than prepared me for my exam, and ended up passing with triple digits. But to each his own.
