Same Day Surgery Setting?

Is it possible to setup a practice where you primarily do a lot of your work in a same day surgery center? Maybe even outside of the hospital...similar to the setup many orthopods have?

Thanks guy... I never thought that this would happen but I may actually be applying to OBGYN this coming September!! I suprised in my interest in the field which wasnt even on my "radar" prior to clinicals..

If your practice is primarily GYN, yes.
