Same program different name?

So as I was browsing programs, I saw many examples of a program with the same name but different campus. I was wondering if these are then considered two different programs and if we are allowed to apply to both (or is that looked down upon). For example there is Einstein (Moses campus) and then there is Einstein (Jacobi campus)

Completely separate programs with the same academic affiliation. You can apply to both like you would any other programs. Note though that these programs, like the two in your example, can be on opposite ends of the quality/competitiveness spectrum.
