Do you mean the comprehensive critical care review course? or the book? I thought the course was outstanding, long, and like trying to take a sip of water through a firehose. But it helped me to do very well on my boards.

I don't know much about the book

I thought the review course was good enough that I might get it on demand again in a couple years as a refresher. I prefer the on demand format to the live course, as I was able to listen at my leisure. I made it through a good portion of the course on my drive halfway across the country from fellowship to real job.
