I passed out of Calculus I with the AP exam in high school for Calculus AB. Do you recommend now that I take Calculus II, going into my second semester? Or an easier math class, possibly statistics? In addition, is a foreign language suggested? How many hours of it if so? Thank you very much! And I am not slacking, I will be taking 18 credits and want to weigh how difficult my semester will be.

Stats for sure. I hear Finnish is on the up-n-up in regards to medical school favoribilty. At least 2 semesters to get anything worthwhile from it.

Statistics definitely.
As for a foreign language whatever language interests you! Although Spanish is becoming more and more prevalent in the US and if you're able to speak Spanish well it will definitely look good.

I took 3 semesters of Japanese, just for fun!

If your going to have to take Calculus II eventually, take it now. Don't put off more time or it will just get harder.
But if the choice is between Calc and Stats. Then definitely go for Stats. Basic Statistics knowledge will be helpful in a ton of classes.

If your major requires the Calc Series, better to start now then waiting till later; If not, just go with Stats. As far as a foreign Language, go with whatever you like or if you live in a state inundated with Latinos, then go with Spanish.. =o)

Stats is more relevant to medicine.
