scholarships

does anyone know of any scholarship grants for medicine that doesn't require latin honors? most grants i know of only entertain degree holders who graduated as suma, magna or cum laude.

i'm in cebu, but i'm willing to relocate to other cities (or countries for the matter) should the need arise.

i already know about the scholarship grant sponsored by japan.

any other info anyone can share will be highly appreciated.
