Hello,
I have graduated in 2015. My BDS GPA is 3.13. Currently doing MPH in the USA. I just passed my nbde1. I have also started shadowing a dentist since last month. Should I take the nbde2 or apply in the 2017 application cycle by just part1?

Take the part 2.
Two reasons:
1) There is still time for 2017-2018 application to start which is in march.
2) Not all schools take just part 1.
Eveything else looks good.

Hello everyone, I have cleared NBDE part 1. my GPA is 3.76 . Going to give TOEFL very soon.
Having clinical experience of 6 yrs in India and few months in USA.
Do i need to give part 2?
I want to apply in universities whose deadlines are remaining.
But i m confused about application form filling. How to fill form and what documents i need ?
