I need some advice narrowing down my school list to about 20 or so. Right now I have 30 and would take suggestions for adding other schools and cutting others. I also realize there are some low-yield schools but I'm not sure if I should cut them all.

In addition, I've been tutoring 1-2 hours per week and hopefully should start volunteering for Meals on Wheels and Boys & Girls club in the next month or so.

You're allocating your time inappropriately right now. Instead of focusing on a school list that you still have 7 months to finalize, research the EC's to participate in. Plus, you already have a thread on this.
