MD School List Help 3.89/(506+509)/NY/White with emphasis on MD

Hello, I would very much appreciate some help deciding my school list, my information is as follows:

1. sGPA is 3.88 and cGPA is 3.89
2. two MCAT scores
i. 506 (129/124/127/126) - 2020
ii. 509 (125/127/129/128) - 2021
3. Currently a resident of New York
4. "White", Middle Eastern immigrant.
5. I went to a State University of New York School.
6. Clinical Experience:
i. Volunteer Emergency Medical Technician: 500 hrs.
ii. Covid - 19 Vaccinator: 200 hrs.
iii. Medical Assistant: Part-time employment over gap year, projected 1200hrs.
iv. Hospital Volunteer: 50 hrs.
7. Non-clinical Behavioral research and multiple presentations: 200hrs.
8. No specific shadowing experience due to Covid, but am working on it.
9. Non-clinical Volunteering:
i. Refugee camp volunteer in Iraq: 120 hrs.
ii. Event organizer for diabetic refugee children: 20 hrs.
10. EC's: Organic Chemistry TA: 110 hrs. Nothing more other than athletic hobbies.
11. Phi Beta Kappa member.

SUNY Upstate and Jacobs SOM in Buffalo are my first choices. I want to practice outside of the US someday, so DO is not an option at the moment. Thank you very much ahead of time.
