MD School list help (3.9/516)

Hi everyone! I am struggling to come up with a school list. I've saved up to apply to 30 or so schools, but got lost in the world of MSAR.

About me
GPA: cGPA -3.9 sGPA - 3.8
MCAT: 516 (128/128/130/130)
State/Demographic: TX (ties to CA, MA), black female
Personality: okay sense of humor, big people person, love kiddos, otherwise mediocre
Interests: Pediatrics/primary care

ECs
Clinical Volunteering: ~300 Hours
- 25 hours at refugee clinic (shorter time here because of the pandemic situation)
- 270+ hours over 3 summers (took vital signs and got to weigh babies hehe, had to learn spanish)
Shadowing:
- 70+ hours with the same pediatrician (MD) over 2 years
- OBGYN (DO) postponed due to pandemic situation??
Non-Clinical Volunteering: ~300+ Hours
- 200 hours over 3 years Soup(breakfast) Kitchen
- 50 hours over two years with non- profit providing housing and essential services to women w/ kids who are experiencing homelessness
- 50 hours over a year THON
- 20+ hours National Alliance on Mental Illness
Research: ~ 600 Hours independent research, no posters, 1 related (and pending)publication
Leadership:
- 100 + hours Public relations and service chair for my sorority (coordinated with my university to produce weekly washable murals 20+ hours, organize events with the school, etc.)
- started a small foundation in high school to assist rural villages with food supplies
- Baking Club (raised money for various philanthropies selling goodies, I am best at croissants)
TA/Tutoring: ~350 hours
- 300 hours helping freshman develop independent research projects
- 50 hours large group biochemistry tutoring
Paid Work: ~200 Hours in childcare over two summers
 
Unfortunately okay humor won’t cut it, they want stand up comedians!

To be serious though, you have a very well rounded application and very good stats. What top tiers interest you?

Thank you! The ADHD helped with the jack of all trades approach lol. UTSW, Einstein, Stanford and Mayo are schools that I day dream about sometimes. I am trying to limit the amount of top schools I consider to protect my self-esteem.
 
You are competitive for all schools with your stats so apply to all your Texas MD schools and any OOS schools that appeal to you.

What would match/reach schools look like for an applicant like me? I thought maybe McGovern and Long (Texas) were good matches and schools like Baylor and Stanford were representative of reach schools I could shoot my shot at.

Any school is yours. Start list with all TX schools, all HBCs (including UCLA/Drew) AND then radiate outwards from WashU. If you want a fuller list, let me know.
