I was told that some DPT programs are now offering classes in OMT. Would anyone happen to know a school? I have done some searching, but have found nothing. Thanks.
Not bored. I'm just looking at different schools. I really enjoy the OMT my husband does in DO school, and he informed me some pt schools offer this. I was not able to find anything about it and thought maybe someone else has ran into it in their searching. You must be bored for posting b*ll**** on my thread. Thanks for nothing though!
lol. you go, girl! I know that the University of St. Augustine's DPT curriculum has a strong ortho focus and electives like: Advanced Pelvic Lumbar & Thoracic Spine, Advanced Cervical & Upper Thoracic Spine, Functional Analysis: Lumbo-Pelvic-Hip Complex, Extremity Integration. They also offer a Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapy Fellowship, a Clinical Orthopaedic Residency and a Manual Therapy Certification
Thanks Greco13. I just checked out the Florida campus and seen those classes under electives. We are planning on moving back to Florida when we both graduate so that works perfect. I have looked at USA before but only the requirements and fees lol. That was beofore he told me about the OMT.
