Got an interview at my top choice school RIGHT after I had registered for another MCAT to be more competitive for admission.

Now I don't know what to do... I was planning on telling them I'm going to retake it and just go through with it. They won't withdraw my interview because of this, right? (crazy question...)

Or should I not bother with the new MCAT? It can't hurt me unless I do worse, right?

Yes, they can withdraw interviews. I doubt they would though for re-taking the MCAT.

They definitely can. In your case prolly not.

They can do whatever the hell the want, because they have no legal obligations to you other than to obey laws against discrimination.

I can't imagine why they would in your case, though.
