Schools that allow MPH degrees after M1 year

Are there any schools that allow students to pursue a MPH degree, should they be interested, after their first year in medical school even if they didn't apply for the combined degree program? I believe my alma mater, UIC, allows this but I wasn't sure about any of the other schools.

Um...I think a lot of schools that have MPH are flexible in letting you enter MPH even if you didn't apply to the joint program or whatever after you enter med school.

If you really want, I suppose they would let you take a year off after MS I so you can do MPH...but I think many people wait to do it after MS II.
