Schools that give you in state tuition after first year

This post seems to sum it up - Be aware that some schools do make it easier than others (more steps to be followed). Speaking for UNC, it was a very simple/easy process. Have heard places like Maryland make it a lot more difficult.

I'd expect the ease with which a school is willing to consider a student as being in-state is tied to the criteria required by the state to be considered a resident of that state.
