Schools with short/no supplementary applications

Trepidation is setting in and I feel I should apply to more schools. But, since it's not too early in the cycle, I need to make this decision quickly and not wait another 2 weeks as I write more essays.

Which schools have a quick and smooth secondary processes (and are OOS-friendly)?

Ummmm, Case Western, University of Louisville, NYU... If you go on the dental school designations page on AADSAS and click on supplemental materials then you can open up a mini-box for each school and it tells you what additional steps you have to take after e-submitting. It doesn't take all that long to go through them.

Depends on how many schools you applied to. If you applied to only 3, then you definitely want to apply to a few more. If you applied to like 10, then sit and wait.

It's just mid-August. It seems like you are trying to plan for the future and create a few more opportunities for yourself by casting a wider net, just in case things don't fall in place. However, it seems a little early to be panicking. If you have decent stats and applied broadly, then I think you (like many on these boards) are a little too eager to hit the panic button.

Amen. I see needless panic in others, but it's hard to call it in oneself sometimes.

Indeed that page is helpful, but it doesn't help you sort between the schools with lengthy supps and those that have a short worksheet.

Thanks for the tip on those 3 schools. I did applied to NYU, which doesn't seem to have a supp until they invite you for interview.
