Science Classes Question

I was just wondering, do optometry schools look at a GPA that includes every science class you took or just the ones that are listed in the prereqs. Thank you for you responses...if there are any.

and btw i plan on applying to SCCO,Berkeley and Western.
(I live in the West Coast)
So if anyone has specific info for these schools regarding my question i'd love to hear it.
 
When you fill out the optomcas app,it calculates a gpa for each of the prerequisite courses/series and puts all the other science classes under "other sciences". So even though it's all mashed together as "other sciences", non prereq classes do count toward your total gpa.
