does society and technology classes count as science classes for part of the sci gpa??

im tryin to boost my gpa a little and i wanted to know whats exactly counted and whats not. everyone seems to say somewhat of the same thing but sometimes people say psych and sometimes not

do a search...this topic has come up a good bit. I found one thread that had everything listed.

what department is the society and technology class in? it doesn't sound like it would be counted as a science course for gpa purposed.

and btw, psych is NOT counted for science gpa. only natural science (bio), physical (chem, physics), and math courses count towards the science gpa.

What do you guys think about "Food & Applied Microbiological Sciences"? Would that be considered into your science gpa? At my school the pre-reqs include microbio, chem etc but i think it's officially under the College of Agriculture. Anyone taken such a course??

bionanotechnology should count because it's an engineering/biology discipline. I know for a fact that engineering counts as science on AADSAS, and obviously biology counts.

Is the 30 DAT at the bottom of your post wishful thinking, or did you actually score it???? If it is an actual score, do you mind sharing your methods and techniques for studying? That is pretty amazing.

pretty sure 30 DAT is impossible (or damn near impossible) You have to get every single question correct in every section to get that score. Even then, it's probably not possible because of the way the exam is curved
