Hey!
This is a stupid question but I would really like some clarification...

if I assign a class as a "other science" subject, will it still be consider in my science gpa?

I am filling out both aacomas and amcas, and for the amcas it specifically stated that the BCPM comprised of biology, chemistry, physics and mathematics courses but i can't find this clarification anywhere for aacomas.

Stupid question but please humor me =)

Thanks!

i wondered about that ... i think it is . can someone else verify?>

Post #2 in the pre-osteo FAQ:

The Science category would include all courses with subjects of Biology, Organic, Biochemistry, Other Science, Physics, and Inorganic Chemistry. Non-science would include courses with subjects of Math, English, Behavioral Sciences, and Non-science.

so for AACOMAS:
Other Science = Part of Science GPA
Math NOT included in Science GPA

More details are in the FAQ.

This is in the FAQ as well. With detail on what courses fall under each category.
