Which medical schools count research PI's as satisfying the science LORs? Which ones are really specific on the science LORs being from science professors that taught you in class?

you will just have to individually check at every school. the distinction you point out is very important but i highly doubt anyone made a list based upon the difference. i got screwed over by this last cycle. fortunately, my app was relatively strong so waiting an entire month didn't hurt too much.

I've been looking at individual school LoR requirements for the past week, and after a quick glance, this list is outdated for many schools. I would recommend not trusting it too much.
