Score report delay if Thursday Exam

I want to get my USMLE 1 score before the end of April.

I found this statement claiming:
"If you take the exam from Monday to Thursday, you will get the results on the 3rd Wednesday after that. If you take on a Friday, it takes 4 Wednesdays!!"

Is it usual that Thursday exams fall into the same category as the earlier week? Meaning if I take it Thursday (4/08) I will get it back on Wednesday April 28th? (20 days later)

I have seen other instances of this but just wanted to check if this is the norm.
