scrambling for osteopathic traditional rotating internship

does anyone know if you have to register for the DO match to scramble for a traditional rotating internship? Does the DO match have its own version of SOAP for the scramble? thanks guys

I was registered for the match and got this email recently but I don't know the answer to your specific question

"If you do not intend to participate in the Match, you must withdraw from the Match using the ROLIC system. Applicants who withdraw from the Match will be permitted to access information on positions that remain available after the Match."
