SDN App Issue on Android 8.0

I've purchased the SDN Mobile app from Google Play store today and been trying to install it on my Note 8 however when I am opening the app it is only displaying a blank screen on the start up and simply crashing itself after few seconds. Any help?

You should try restarting your phone. Ensure your OS and the app are completely updated software wise.

If that doesn't work, you should contact the app developer's support and/or android support.

You can also check android specific forums to see if anyone has had a similar experience. The issue may not be unique to the SDN app.
