For those of you awaiting amcas verification, are you guys already working on secondaries yet? I thought I would, but it's surprisingly difficult to get motivated to do this when I haven't actually received the secondary...just seems less...real (despite the fact that I know I will get them, since these schools don't screen).

Blehhh, need to find some liquid motivation, aka caffeine.

The only secondary I've finished was WashU's. It was simple since their essays are optional.

A couple of the secondaries I've received specifically ask for AMCAS GPA, so I can't send them in until I'm verified. You should definitely start writing the essays though... once you're verified they're going to start pouring in.

I started filling out the ones that were sent once my AMCAS was submitted. I've got three so far, although they're not real lengthy so it won't take long. I probably should start on some of the others, but yeah, I'm not too motivated. Plus I've got a really important exam soon, so I've been keeping myself busy with that.
I'm from a quarter school, so we just ended the year, so I think that's where my lack of motivation comes from - I want a break from writing! 😉
