Secondaries turn-around

Hey, almost all secondaries say return in 2 weeks, BUT what if you know it's going to be like a month before your LOR is going to get there. They can't process your app until it's there so my question is ...... should you take your time on your application or at least sent it in within 2 weeks, and should you tell them about your LOR taking like a month? Would they not even notice or would they think you are not taking their school seriously.

I'm in the same boat (waiting on one more LOR). I'm gonna try to split the difference, do it in 2 or 3 weeks, have about that to get the letter in.
