Im currently in the middle of my first secondary essay and am going crazy right now. The question asks:

Why do you believe _____college would provide you with the type of osteopathic medical education you are seeking?

ok, so how am i supposed to know this? I went through their website and it basically just had a bunch of basic stuff on there that probably every school has so what types of subjects should I talk about? Im sure alot of secondary essays from different schools ask this question so if someone could give me some pointers on what to talk about I would appreciate it.

Clearly we can't right this for you or tell you what to say, but when a similar secondary I looked at everything and basically said X school is well established in osteopathic medicine and their mission statement conveyed they took osteopathic medicine seriously. I also knew my tuition would go to my education and not new jerseys for the sports team. I also went on to talk about the how the college would be right for me because of x reason or y reason. I said a few more things that were school specific that I got from their website.

As a qualifier, I don't know if this is exactly what they are looking for, but I did get interview invites from every school I applied to, so it must not be totally wrong.

You may also want to throw in a blurb about the area the school is in, and why you may be a good fit for it.

You are good friend... I wish I would've put something like that in there.

But I would definetly try and tie in something like what turtles said, talk about the area, maybe a chance to be immersed in underserved communities?
