I think it may be useful for those just entering the application cycle if we start a list of the secondary application fees required by each school. For example, I never would have applied to BU if I knew the fee was $100! I'll start:

Boston University $100

All the secondary fees are listed in the MSAR. A big factor in what schools I chose was how much the secondary cost and if they screened or not. It was hard applying to schools where I'd have to pay like $130 total before they even looked at my app.
