You are able to submit your primary June 2nd, and it will be available to schools June 25th, I believe (someone please verify this). At that point, most schools will give you an automatic secondary (notable exceptions are the University of California schools, which heavily screen before they give out secondaries). That means that you will likely have a secondary in your hand June 25th. In terms of interviews, you could get them as early as August if you're a stellar applicant or as late as February the following year, it really depends on your stats and the date you are "complete" (meaning secondary and LORs submitted) at each school.
