Seeking advice: chances for radiology residency

My son just received his step 2 result and it was 240. Does he still have a chance for radiology? His M3 and M4 so far have two high P and the rest is H, possibly for AOA which is not yet announced.

Yes I think so, especially with strong clinical grades like that.
