USDO Graduate class of 2022 from TouroCOM NY.
Primarily interested in Family Medicine, Sports Medicine but have an open mind to other specialities.
Initially applied through military match, but due to missing documents, was deferred and permitted only civilian internship training from 2022-23. There is no additional capacity for military GME internship training 2022-23 as of my latest communication in May.
#1 Goal is to receive a LOR from program director to use in the following military and civilian match application for spots beginning 2023. If interned at a categorical program, will apply to remain at same program to ensure continuity of GME.
#2 Continue rigorous clinical training and experience in line with ACGME expectations and have a diverse set of services to rotate through as an intern.
