Self admin psych test suggestions

One of my main wc payors is on a psych “optimization” kick prior to any injections.

Looking for suggestions for a free minimal question self admin psych test

Would not be charging for test. Just a prior authorization check mark.

• 0-4: Minimal anxiety
• 5-9: Mild anxiety
• 10-14: Moderate anxiety
• 15-21: Severe anxiety

Phq9
0-4: No depression, 5-9: Mild depression, 10-14: Moderate depression, 15-19: Moderately severe depression, and 20-27: Severe depression.

would suggest that the PHQ-9 takes too long.

have whoever rooming do an initial PHQ-2. then move to the PHQ-9 if >3.
